New German language courses in January

Our organization is launching more German language groups for Ukrainian refugees in January. One on-site and two online groups (A2 level and a practical group for A2 level). Apply using a special form on our "German language classes" page.

Kundalini Yoga workshop

We are happy to invite you to our first free yoga workshop for Ukrainian refugees!

Our teacher, Julia Crincoli, will introduce you to the world of Kundalini yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a holistic practice whose focus is to align the body, mind and spirit. Class is suitable for everyone from beginners to more experienced Yoga practitioners.

Location: Elevate yoga studio - Wyssgasse 2, 8004 Zürich

Time: December 11th from 10:00 till 11:15
